The reason and treatment method for the aluminum plate cannot be colored

The weight of aluminum sheets used in people's daily lives is increasing as production technology advances. Color is no longer as monotonous as it once was. Aluminum sheet processing can now be tinted in any color you wish. When we color the aluminum plate, however, we will surely run into the problem that the color cannot be colored. This post is primarily based on the six aspects of analysis listed below. I hope these recommendations are useful to you.

1. The thickness of the anodic oxidation film is insufficient: the answer is to determine whether the anodic oxidation process is standardized and whether the temperature, voltage, conductivity, and other variables are stable. If there is an error, please change the related specification. If there are no abnormalities, you can correctly extend the oxidation period to ensure that the film thickness is within acceptable limits.

2. The dyeing solution's PH value is too high: At this point, the PH value can be corrected to the standard value with glacial acetic acid.

3. Oxidation after leaving the workpiece in the sink for too long: if this occurs, the workpiece can be placed in the anodic oxidation tank or nitric acid neutralization tank with proper activation treatment before dyeing, and the effect will be satisfactory.

4. The dyestuff chosen has deteriorated or mildewed: At this point, it is required to replace the dyestuff and choose an appropriate dyestuff.

5. Oxidation temperature is too low, resulting in dense skin film: the oxidation temperature can be adjusted accordingly.

Weak electrical conductivity is demonstrated by an anode copper rod or cathode lead plate with poor contact. To ensure good conductivity, clean the anode copper rod and cathode lead plate thoroughly.

The preceding discusses the reasons and treatment procedures for aluminum plate dyed without color generation. Aluminum plate is now a typical building material, and it is widely utilized in the fields of building facades, interior walls, advertising signs, and other decorative functions. However, as people's aesthetic expectations for ornamental objects rise, the aluminum plate with a single color and bland design can no longer match production standards.
